- Lead by flexing in the left knee and swaying up and over slightly in the direction of travel
- Spring off the opposite foot when stepping sideways to create the slight up and over movement

- Drag the right foot in towards the left foot. Keep knee relaxed and leave a gap at the end of the drag i.e. don’t close
