3. Cuban Walk
Notes & Tips
- Can be done forwards and backwards (backwards one is optional)
- Smaller steps
- Every third step will slow down
- During the forwards movement, have a strong frame and lean weight slightly forward to initiate a Cuban walk
- Try to keep the frame level i.e. no up and down movement
